The Courtyard Suite at Orange Grove Bed and Breakfast accommodation is perfect for single travellers, couples, or those with friends or family staying in the neighbouring mud brick cottage. A private wing of the proprietor’s home, the Suite is immaculate and modern living with views of the quirky courtyard garden. Guests are provided with a delicious breakfast hamper of toast, cereal, milk and juice. The Suite has a Queen bedroom and a twin single bedroom, open plan dining and lounge area – complete with TV - plus luxury bathroom with large shower and spa. Featuring a split cooling and heating system, this accommodation is ideal for executives, couples or wedding party relatives who’d like their own private space. Please note the Courtyard Suite does not have in-house cooking facilities. Click here for our Terms & Conditions Arrival & Departure Your accommodation at Orange Grove Bed and Breakfast will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure you must vacate the premises no later than 10am. On Sundays only, a check-out time of 12 noon applies. These conditions are negotiable by prior arrangement with us. Booking Policy A booking made by phone or email requires advice of a credit card number to secure it (or else payment of $50 per night by other arrangement). Guarantee Policy Your reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary fees. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 7 days of booking date of arrival (or non-arrival on the booking date) incur a 100% tariff cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice of booking date of arrival incur an administrative fee of 40% of the total booking fee. Where a booking has been secured by credit card we reserve the right to apply those details to a cancellation transaction. A change of reservation fee of $50 applies within 7 days of a booking date. Children All children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult. |
