The mud brick cottage at Orange Grove Bed and Breakfast provides self contained accommodation and is just like stepping back in time, with its rustic exterior and shady verandas overlooking perfectly manicured cottage gardens. Built in 1905 by the Keating family and respectfully restored almost a hundred years later, the large country cottage bursts with period features like exposed mud brick walls, original floorboards, fireplaces and quaint antiques. With the capacity to host up to six guests, the cottage is the perfect accommodation choice for couples, groups and wedding parties. The charming master bedroom with king bed, the queen bedroom and the twin single bedroom all feature traditional country decor, cosy bedding and wardrobe. The bright and airy kitchen is fully self-contained and stocked with breakfast goodies including cereal, bread, milk, juice, bacon and eggs. The lounge area, with its big couches, open fire place and French doors onto beautiful gardens combine the rustic appeal of yesteryear with today’s mod cons like TV and DVD. The large French provincial style bathroom has both shower and bath and the entire cottage has heating and cooling. Outside, guests have access to their own large, neatly paved courtyard with barbecue and dining setting. Here they can enjoy sunny days and balmy nights looking out onto the property’s impressive gardens and visiting wildlife. Click here for our Terms & Conditions Arrival & Departure Your accommodation at Orange Grove Bed and Breakfast will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of your departure you must vacate the premises no later than 10am. On Sundays only, a check-out time of 12 noon applies. These conditions are negotiable by prior arrangement with us. Booking Policy A booking made by phone or email requires advice of a credit card number to secure it (or else payment of $50 per night by other arrangement). Guarantee Policy Your reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary fees. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 7 days of booking date of arrival (or non-arrival on the booking date) incur a 100% tariff cancellation fee. Cancellations made with more than 7 days notice of booking date of arrival incur an administrative fee of 40% of the total booking fee. Where a booking has been secured by credit card we reserve the right to apply those details to a cancellation transaction. A change of reservation fee of $50 applies within 7 days of a booking date. Children All children under 18 years of age must be supervised by an adult. |
